BREEF HISTORY

INTAIRDRIL Libya Limited established in virtue of Minister of Economy Decree No (278 ) Dated on 24/06/1961 then amended by Decision No (525) dated 02/04/1964 . Since that Years , it was permitted to our company to introduce the equipment of Air Drilling to participate this kind of technology and assist to reduce the lost circulation during the drilling operations . This type of technology was new even in the United States .

B.P. Company and Esso Company , in Sarir and Zelten Oil Fields , olso Mobil Oil Company in Amal Oil Field used this new technology which saved a lot of time and costs

In year of 1964 , INTAIRDRIL was one of first leading companies which imported first work-over rigs in Libya . All INTAIRDRIL Rigs , that time , were contracted to the major oil companies ( as Oasis , B.P , Esso , Mobil , etc . ) these Rigs rendered a very high performance and gained outstanding reputation .

INTAIRDRIL continued in participating in the petroleum industry with same quality and high performance based on the past Fifty years of experience and became well acknowledged to all operators and the National Oil Corporation
